On Mac:

Go to the main menu Top Contacts -> Preferences...
In the preferences window activate "Sync with iCloud" checkbox

Sync across iOS devices and Mac requires Pro versions of Top Contacts for iOS and macOS, sold separately.

On iPhone or iPad:

Go to the contact list
Tap "More" button in the bottom of the screen
Tap on "Settings" button
Activate toggle "Sync with iCloud"
